i went online to get a free sample of white overnite and agreed to pay shiping and handling of 3.95 i guess when i agreed to that it also registered me for a auto-ship offer that i didn't agree to and charged my account 99.95 plus 6.95 for taxes. i have emailed to cancel my free sample but have not received any conformation of it being canceled or me being refund the 106.90.

This is an ancient scam; the computer records will show that you did indeed order the other stuff. Call your credit card company and call the scammers; keep after them.
