My friend is an Indian citizen, he has come here for a business trip. so during this stay over here, according to california driving rules, he started driving in california, with indian license. but during this period he went to Neveda state for seeing Lake Towe. There in NEveda state, in high way, the posted speed is 70 mph. But he went at 103mph. so cops arrested him for over speeding and after some time they released him on bail. Now they asked him to apper before court on MAY 31st. And he is leaving US on June 7th. So In the court, what is the general pnishment given for over speeding? will there be any fine?
willthe hearing be finished on the same day? or do they ask him to come more than one time to court?
he is accepting the over speeding. so with just some fine they will leave my friend.

Thanks
rams.
