i've got 2 problems. We've lived here for almost 5 years, and in that time, have moved from a 1 bedrrom apt. to a 2 bedroom apt., increased our family size to 5 and are now threatened with a notice from the rental manager to move ASAP because we are "overoccupied". We have 3 active boys and like many families, don't have the financial ability to pack up and go;nevertheless, afford an additional $200. in mortagage payments. Do they have the right to throw us out because they think we are overoccupied? Our children are not allowed to play on the grass, there are no play areas in the complex and the children aren't allowed to make noise.Which brings me to my 2nd problem. Just this morning, my 8 year old told me a woman was taking pictures of him and his friends playing outside. When confonted, she said, "I'm taking them to my lawyer to find out what my rights are!" Is she allowed to take pictures of our children without the parents consent?
Where are we going to go?
