My family were living as expats in Texas when my father
met a lady friend and decided to divorce my mother after
36 years marrige
He managed to file for divorce in the States, and in doing so
the trial happend over there despite our efforts to have it heard in the U.K.
Does the fact we`re all origionally from the U.K. and not US citizens give us any rights to have the case brought
to a British court?
My family were resident in Houston on a 3 year working contract with Shell at the time and he continues to
live there extending his contract to uphold his residancey.
Any advise please......
