I am a U.S. citizen, but I've been living in Europe for 20 years.
I have $30,000 in credit card debt with U.S. cards that I am unable to keep up with due to an illness.
I don't have the money to fly back to the U.S. and stay for 30 days in order to file for bankruptcy.
I've been using my sister's address all these years for mailing purposes, but have never lived there.
I have never been late or missed a payment. I haven't made any charges in over 6 months.
I have no cash or assets of any kind in the U.S.
My questions:
What happens if I just stop paying? Is my sister in any way liable?
Can I be arrested if enter the U.S. at some point?

Thanks
