What is the name of your state? California

Dear Adisors,

I work for a small company. The business owner required me to fill out paper timecards showing that I work 40 hrs a week however, for several years I've been working at least 10 hours a day. In addition, know by law, the employer required to provide two 10 min breaks during 8 hrs work day, however I never had at least one 10 minutes break during my 9 years of service. If it comes to a legal dispute how can I proof my case?

your thoughs are greatly appreciated.
Thank you,

You don't have to prove it. The employer has to prove that they complied with the law. File a claim with the state Division of Labor Standards Enforcement. It's free.
