On the job for 5 years working 40 hours/week, Mon.-Fri.,for an hourly wage. Company plans to request I come to work for training on a weekend for 6 1/2 hours without pay.
Legally, how must they pay me for the 6 1/2 hours - at an overtime rate or hourly rate for the week if I request to be paid to attend ?
