What is the name of your state? CO

I searched but found nothing exactly like my question...

Where I work, we are not paid OT for any travel time. For instance, if I work 60 hours in a week and 20 of those hours are spent in the vehicle going from the shop to the jobsite and from jobsite to jobsite then I only get paid 60 hours of regular time, no OT. I do understand that the time I drive from my house to the shop isn't eligible to be paid.

I believe that my employer can just say to go straight to the jobsite from home to avoid paying travel time from the shop to the jobsite, is this right? Also, occasionally we will have out of town jobs where travel time might be 5+ hours of driving. If my employer were to say, drive straight to that jobsite, by law am I entitled to some kind of pay since it's out of town?

Thanx in advance
