What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Wisconsin
In May of 2009 I was arrested and convicted of a 2nd offense OWI in the state of Wisconsin. It is an unclassified misdemeanor. The paralegal that was working for my lawyer told me that it might be possible to get this expunged if it prevents me from getting into school. I'm wondering if this is possible. I am trying to get into medical school and this is a HUGE obstacle for me. I've already been turned down for jobs as an EMT (I am licensed) and even joining the Navy. All of the orders given by the court have been carried out and I have my driver's license back and everything.
Also, if this is possible, how long does the process take and what are the costs?
Thanks much!
