Ok, my husband and I live in Indiana, and a long time ago he got his license suspended for not having insurance in an accident. He paid the fees and got an sr22 put on our insurance, but the insurance lapsed before the 6 month minimum was up for the sr22, and he got stopped for speeding. We didn't know about the fees associated with that, so we got insurance with an sr22 again and we thought he was driving legally. And now, he got stopped for failure to signal at a roundabout, got an owi of 0.08-0.15, and driving whole suspended. What is going to happen to him? Will he be facing jail time? He doesn't want to lose his job.

Your husband (and you) misunderstood. Once you're suspended, while the SR-22 submission is a prerequisite for reinstatement, you must apply for reinstatement and pay the fee for that as well.

The OWI merits an an attorney on its own right. The next question the attorney will ask (the facts are missing from your post) is whether your husband was popped for driving while suspended previously (it sounds like he might have on the prior speeding ticket). That will raise the impact of that from a simple 90 day suspension to an additional misdemeanor charge. Further, given TWO DUS and one OWI, he can be looking at a ten year HTV suspension.
