Owners of rental home are harrassing me.

Ok. Thank you. However, if I am served before they give me a list --- what are my options? This is what they are threatening to do. Seems like they would have no case since they first, still have my deposit, and second, have not given me a list of damages before filing suit.

You can answer any summons (or better still your attorney) with the relevant statute and the missing documentation required by law.

These idiots aren't going to file suit. They have already failed to follow the statutes and know it.
