From Colorado and Arizona, we give and sell technical info on our web site (over 2 years) for free energy devices. The devices are not patented. Can someone patent the devices and obtain ownership of them? If someone invests time and money to make the devices and fails to produce a working unit, can they sue us? Do we have any rights to ownership of the information since we are the ones selling and giving it away? If someone uses our info to hurt someone else, can we be liable?
