What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New Jersey

Healthcare. Does anyone know if the New Jersey law, which require O2 follow ups be completed within 24 hours of set up, include weekends and holidays? If this is the case then the clinician has to be available 24/7/365!!!!!What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
