What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? KS

When someone has "Power of Attorney" over someone else, who has the authority to change that P.O.A.? For example...Person "A" and Person "B":

Person "A" is 70 yr old grandmother
Person "B" is 50 yr old son

Person "B" has P.O.A. over Person "A", however there are "others" who want P.O.A. over Person "A", we'll just say for "financial reasons"...Who has the authority to change who has P.O.A. over Person "A"? Would it be both Person "A" AND Person "B", or either? Could "others" change it?
Sorry, I know it seems a little elementary, but, what the hey....Thanks...

If granny is competent, she is the only one who has the authorization to change the POA.

I believe she is in a home; who decides whether or not she is competent? And if she is not, then who has the authority to change the P.O.A.? Thanks

What's the point in all this when you do not even know where "she" is?
Because I am asking for a friend. I responded before I talked with her to find out indefinately where "she" was. Whats the point of responding if you have no useful information?

Finding out indefinately where "she" was does not make sense.
Whats the point of responding if you have no useful information?
And with that response, do you really expect an answer?

I am sorry it does not make sense to you, apparently it doesn't have to. However, I am quite certain that you are not the only person on this forum with knowledge of POA's. I appreciate your first response though, thank you for the helpful info.
