P.S.
I have maintained all this time that I am willing to go to work and pay child support. In 99-00 I was pregnant with my (now) almost 2yr old daughter, and am now pregnant with my husband and my next and last child. It has been and is my husband and my preference that I stay home to care for our home and children rather than put our daughter in child care and work outside our home, which might barely pay child care expenses in any case, as I have a liberal arts Associate's and an inconsistent and varied work history. THis presents the situation that I would need to work opposite shifts my husband to get around the childcare equation, and sleep when the opportunity presents itself. This I am also willing to do. But not willing to do so, any of these things, until I know that there is some recourse by which I may seek relief for this situation where my son and I only visit with one another, and he and his brother and sister only visit, once a year for less than six weeks. If the court decides that it will not be any more than that, at least I can get them to order that much and make it enforceable, and perhaps acquire mediation to negate the necessity of my ex and I having to communicate with one another, giving him an opportunity to harass me by phone and pry for personal iformation, which he is very manipulative about trying to elicit.
