My husbands attorney is having us fill out a form, one is for property gotten before marriage, one is property gotten after marriage, and under our home, my husband has it listed as a gift. Please what does this mean, will I get less than half and if so, is it a percentage on how long we were married, and if so does anyone know anything about this. What does it matter, I thought all property gotten while married is marital property. In the state of PA, I do understand the laws are made to satisfy both parties. Janlynne211
