I live in Pennsylvania and had an attorney help me file for divorce. The ex refused to go along with it so it wasn’t finalized after the 90 days.
I have since fired my attorney as he couldn’t even take the time to learn how to pronounce my last name. (Representing myself, I have actually had more success getting my support lowered and being able to see my son a lot more.)
It has now been over two years since the divorce papers were filed/served.
What do I do now to finalize the divorce? I don’t have money for attorney right now. We both moved out of the marital home and there’s no real property to sort out. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
