need to know about security deposit law concerning interts bearing account after 2 years residing .my mom recently passed away.and i know that theres a law in pennsyvania which requires a deposit be put in interst bearing account but landlords claiming ignorance of law but its in the lease. what can i do. and how much percent interst should i charge. if someone knows please help.thanks dar2sam
