What is the name of your state? PA

hello.. a few months ago I was driving home from college to go home and there was a checkpoint. The cops said they had reasonable right to search my car because they could smell axe. At first I denied there right to search and after they were sticking it at me for a while they said that "that smell is a reasonable reason to search a car and if you don't let us search now we will impound your car and get a search warrant." So since I had no other choice it seemed I just let them search.. inside my bags they found a bowl and about a gram of weed. After getting my court information this past week I am being sent to court on possession and dui charges. they had me handcuffed and taken to the police station for a blood test right after this all happened, along with my car being impounded anyway. anyways.. on the police papers i received the last page is what the police officer wrote about what happened. throughout the whole statement he spelled my name correctly. in the last sentence of his writing he wrote, "WrongFirstName Rightlastname's blood sample was found to be positive of marijuana" or something to that sort. is there any outs here for me when i get to court? Should I get a lawyer? Any chances of me getting out of all of this? Thanks for any responses
