What is the name of your state? PA

My friends and I were wondering what the statutory rape laws were for PA. We argue where I say the minor must be atleast 16 and you can be no more than 4 years older than them. They say that they have to be atleast 16 and that is it. Does anyone know the law? Hope I am right :D

Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes:

§ 3122.1. Statutory sexual assault Except as provided in section 3121 (relating to rape), a person commits a felony of the second degree when that person engages in sexual intercourse with a complainant under the age of 16 years and that person is four or more years older than the complainant andthe complainant and the person are not married to each other.

However, there could be other offenses that might apply depending on the total circumstances.

For a listing of the sexual intercourse laws (not the related offenses that might get a boyfriend into jail anyway), see this link:

Oh ... and this was link #1 when I did a Google Search.
