What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania.

I have worked for a small company for about six years and I recently put in my notice for personal reasons and I was wondering if my vacation time should be paid to me? My company has no handbook and I am not aware of any official policy on this issue. Is there a law for Pa that says he needs to pay my accumulate PTO time? Please HELP!!What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

PA law does not require the unconditional payout of unused vacation time. If company policy is to do so, the state will require the company to follow their policy. If the policy is not to do so, or if policy is silent on the matter, then the state will not require them to pay it.
