This is from Lee County Florida. I was just wondeing if the officer never gets you on the radar dector and says that he paced you at 60 in a 45 will this hold up in court. Or is paceing also using a radar dectector.

It will hold up in the Court of Law and the officer uses his automobile speedometer as the benchmark to measure your speed in lieu of a radar.
