I paid c.s during most of my marriage to my ex. I am currently remarried and have a new family. My ex has a lien on me. Does this effect my wife's income or property she has or we share together. What do I do about paying c.s while married to my ex? I paid OAG and her personally I have receipts that she has not claimed. She will not allow me to see my kids. She sends slanderous texts about me to my new wife. She showed up in the middle of the night at my mothers house with one of my kids with no notice. This was at 3.30am. She has threatened me and my family. I do not have money for an attorney is there any papers I can file? What are these receipts? Are they papers she signed acknowledging receipt of cs directly from you? Receipts for things you bought (clothes, etc)?

If there was a court order then in all likelihood once the OAG receives the receipts they will call cp to see if she ll sign an affidavit o direc payment. If not you will not get credit.

C.S Order in 03

Yes there was a cs order in 03 however we got back together signed something stating this from my attorney and it was filed. Went to the airforce and she and the kids listed on my paperwork so she got full benefits and they were still taking money out of my check. Did not know this until late 05 that while she was married to me she was claiming Food Stamps and tanf so they are the ones taking the cs for her. I have her signature on payments made directly to her and got her on leases where we lived. What really is bothering me is I am 6,000 in arrears and this is incorrect I am ahead.
