I am from MA and I paid $120 (via money order) to someone in OH for some Disney Tickets the beginning of January. I have still not received them. I have been contacting him almost everyday and he said that he sent them in the mail and doesn't know where they are. In at least 5-10 emails he states that he is going to refund my money, not to worry. The last email I received from him he stated that he decided that it was the post office's error and not his and he was done with this the day he put the tickets in the mailbox. I just sent a certified letter to him requesting this reimbursement or I will seek legal action if necessary. What can I do to get this money back? Can I file something in small claims court, is it even worth it, and how do I do this since I am in MA and he is in OH?
