If I invest and I typically do well and my friends want me to invest some money for them, but I know that I can't do that, so they asked me to just tell them what I am investing in and they would then do the same.

So if I charge someone and then tell them what I will invest in, is that legal? I mean I am not telling them to invest in anything I am just letting them know (for a fee) what I am investing in.
