I settled on an account 3 months ago and I am still getting phone calls and billing statements. I did get a letter stating the account would show paid in full within 2 weeks. I called about the billing and they confirmed the account should be paid. What can I do?

Tell them that the account has already been settled with the creditor and then hang up.

If you somehow settled with the original creditor while the account was in the hands of a collection agency you might still owe the collection agency something.

You might explain who you are getting bills from and who you settled the account with.
