What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

I currently leave and work in PA. I know that FMLA is only paid in two states: CA and NJ. I will be moving to NJ shortly and I was wondering if I will be able to get paid FMLA leave if I live in NJ and work in PA? Or do I have to work in NJ as well?

What about if I work in NJ and leave in PA?

To be strictly accurate, FMLA is unpaid in all 50 states. Two states have implemented state versions which include some paid leave.

Will you be working for the same employer or will you be changing employers when you move?
