i called my short term investment broker for my daily tip and he needed to charge me $500 for me to continue getting advice. i paid the 500 and now he says he cant give me any more advice unlesss i cough up five thousand more dollars. this is the 2nd time i have paid him the first time i paid and got my advice made my money everything went fine. before he charges me he has a third party charging service call me and verify the purchase presumably recorded. when i call the credit card company to do a chargeback on the 2nd 500 only, is there anything that will prevent me from getting my money back.
