I am wanting to know if it is legal for a husband and wife to be paid by someone who wants to watch them have sex.there would be no interaction with the third party it would be only the husband and wife having any contact, the person paying would only be able to watch and touch them self. Could someone please tell me if this is legal and if not what exactly makes this illegal or what to do to make sure I do not break any laws. thanks for your help. 1) Because people DO get prosecuted for prostitution in making porn

2) ~99% of domestic porn is made in So. California where the legal interpretaion of porn as 'modeling' is allowed to hold water because that is the enforcement regime.

3) Lots of porn is made abroad.
