What is the name of your state?Washington State

I was in a head on collision, the other driver was at fault and was handed a wreckless driving ticket. When I was hit at 35mph I elevated in my seat and hit my head on the visor of my car, I was driving a 90 Accord he was driving a 99 Cherokee.
As a result of the impact I hurt my neck. Lately I have been having ear problems, my neck and my ear both hurt at the same time. It has been proven medically that impacts to the head can cause hearing loss. Also I have had problems sleeping and I feel nauisuse at work. So with that said, if I can have a doctor or doctors prove that the car accident caused these health problems, how much could I demand from the kids insuance company for "pain and suffering"?

No one can tell you how much, or if even any. Why isn't your insurance company handling your claim?

I am not sure why my insurance isnt handling the claim. I have never heard of insurance companies handling demand letters seeking compensation. I thought that was up to lawyers.
