Robert P

What is the name of your state? calif on temporary restraining order under decription of conduct, 80% of accusations are false, would like to know if i should be present at hearing to correct these accusations thank you :(

You must be present...

...if you want to contest the restraining order. Should you contest it?

That's another question entirely. Remember, findings of fact at this hearing can be used in other legal procedings such as a divorce, or a criminal trial. I had a protection from harassment order against me, which while unjustified in my opinion, I did not contest until my innocence on false criminal charges was established.

You may want to consult with an attorney on thsi before appearing in court.

good luck
