What is the name of your state? Tennessee

My apartment complex installed parcel lockers and are making all packages be delivered to these lockers. It is run by Amazon but any carrier can leave packages in the lockers. When a package is delivered a code is emailed and then a tenant enters the code and retrieves their package. I had a package sent and the post office entered parcel locker as the place it was delivered. I contacted Amazon to get my code because it was never emailed. They say they don't show record of it being delivered despite what the post office says. I talked to the post office and they said it was delivered but once a locker is locked they cannot re-open it. I contacted my apartment complex office and asked/begged if they would open the lockers to see if my package was in there. It had only been 2 weeks since the lockers were installed so i said maybe there is a glitch in the system. They refuse to open them. They suggested i have the seller re-send the items. The seller isn't going to do that because the tracking says it was delivered. I can't file a claim with the post office because it isn't lost in their system somewhere...it was delivered.

So what can i do?

I did call them and they are saying rhey don’t have record of it being placed in a locker. Which is why I think there was some glitch the first two weeks...unless for some reason the postal carrier is lying about it being delivered but the package wouldn’t be worth that much to them.

Tell Amazon that you didn't receive the package and that you would like them to credit it and send a replacement.

I’m sorry I guess I should have been more clear in my original post. Amazon is in charge of the lockers but packages come from all over. The items were not purchased from Amazon and they were delivered by USPS.

Contact the seller and tell them that you have not received your package.

Are there security cams in the area of these lockers? If so, perhaps there will be evidence of the package being delivered (or not).

I suggest you make it crystal clear to ANY one sending any thing you order in the future that you forbid them from using the package lockers no matter what the LLs policy is about it and consider going farther up the chain at amazon since they own the boxes but do it in certified letter so YOU have proof of contacting them about this problem.
