What is the name of your state? Colorado
Are there any laws covering what I call "Parental Alienation" whereby a childs thinking is swayed to one parent or the other through the use of non-flattering comments or suggestions. Would this be considered some form of slander?

Does the written custody order mention that neither parent is to talk badly about the other parent? If yes, file a motion for contempt with the court.
