What is the name of your state? NJ

My husband posted a thread previously regarding his ex wanting to move his daughter from CT to NC (we live in NJ). He's involved with Family Services and they have started the evaluation process.

The more this drags on, the more distant his daughter is getting with him. I've read a bit about Parental Alientation and it sounds as if this may be what's going on. My question is this: how can you prove that PA is happening and what should his first step be in finding out if this is the case?
