What is the name of your state? TX

There is a visitation order in place giving him state standard visitation as well as ordered child support.

There has been no legal action of any sort on this case since the orders were entered.

At one time, for quite some time, the only information he had was a location that mom would pick for him to pick up and drop off his children, and that was given to him through email. In fact this was the ONLY line of communication that he had for a while as well.

He has been denied visitation repeatedly and for extended amounts of time. He also has been denied knowledge of where the children go to school, medical information, and all aspects other than the occasional response to an email inquiring if and when he will be able to see his children again.

Recently he gained the knowledge of where she lived, and he has seen his children very few times, and definitely not according to the court's order. He also has a working phone that he is able to contact her on now as well...but yet she still feels its her right to determine when and if he can see his children.

I'm seeking information on the steps he should take to have these orders enforced. He in unable to hire an attorney, so the entire action would be solely performed by himself, and in that respect...help with the rules would help him as well to make this a success.

I'd like to help him out the best I can, but do not want to make any mistakes, and I know he can get the help he deserves here. Thanks in advance.

Well, he doesn't have access to a computer, and we talked over the phone for a moment. I live WAY too far for him to come down to my house, sooo...I did it for him. I know you guys don't really like that, but this is the best he can do for right now, cause he really needs help.

He has to file for contempt for mom's denial of his visitation rights. He can do that himself. If he does not have access to a computer he should be able to get the forms he needs to do so, at his local courthouse.

Alright, sounds good. Will there need to be an attached affidavit, or will he receive all that information from the courts when he goes to pick up the forms?
