What is the name of your state? Michigan

Is a non-guardian (non-blood relative) able to take a minor out of his/her home state, and take them to get an abortion? Even though home state law says the minor must have parent or guardian permision. And also is non-guardian able to take minor out of state without knowlege or permision from minors parents or guardians?

Is there anything that, can be done? Any laws or anything, that anyone knows of? This happened to my sister.
