AS a practical but RISKY matter you could run off to state XX and establish residency there. ( and stay off any radar or social media) ..and IF dad takes NO timely action under PA law to secure return of his child to PA then you and your child may be under the umbrella of your new state as to jurisdiction and residency ....I am not suggesting it is a smart move ....you know how Dad behaves and you best discuss it with paid PA counsel.
