What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona

I am working on a case where the mother's parental rights were terminated over 2 years ago for her first child. She has two daughters who are under 3 years old who were taken away from her by CPS and given to maternal grandparents and a motion to terminate is currently pending. The grounds are her continuous drug use, neglect, putting children in danger with their father, her current husband, due to his violent behavior. My client has a young son with her also. She continually fights to have visitation with him and seems to convince psychs that she is a good parent and capable of taking care of him. My client's son is 7. While his son adores her and misses her my client is concerned about her using in front of him again, her attempting to commit suicide again, etc. Mother knows how to work the system to her benefit. there was a psych analysis of both parents and son and he is going to recommend that the son see his mother on supervised vistation. This has happened before many times, she does well during those visits and gets unsupervised visits and eventually overnight stays all while she is using. If she is caught using or does something where the child is again taken away the whole cycle starts again. What can we do to not allow these visits, supervised or not, and move to terminate her parental rights? Can we discredit the psych?

What do you mean when you call her your "client"? And when you write that you are "working on a case"?

If you are not an attorney, you don't have a client.

If you are an attorney, you really should have paid a bit more attention.
