My sons biological father has never paid child support and hasnt had any contact with my son in almost 2 years. For the 1st 2 years he would show up about every 6 mths. My son is 4. Are these grounds for abandonment and terminating his rights? We broke up before my son was born. Biological fathers name is on birth certificate. He lives within 10 miles away and still has no contact. Any info would be very helpful. Thanks in advance!!!
