What is the name of your state? wa

Im curious. I have a parenting plan in effect, i have my kids every other thurs-sat, and im wondering if somewhere down the road, if my schedule at work changed, would i have to modify my parenting plan...and do it each time? If i was married, would i be able to have my wife watch the kids?

Unless mom agreed to simply switch the schedule without going back to court, yes, anytime that you want to change the schedule you have to take it back to court.

As far as your wife watching the kids is concerned, that depends on whether or not your orders contain a "right of first refusal" clause....and whether or not you would actually be able to spend any time with the kids.

I never seen any "right of first refusal" anywhere in the parenting plan so i dont really understand this. Is it small print or something...please explain
