my self and other parents have been baned from our childrens school grounds due to us complaining about the way in wich the head master is dealing or not dealing with bullies in the school, on friday 27/05/05 another parent and my self were informed by our children that an incident of bullying had happend to them yet again by the same child yet again. At this i followd the other parent and entered the school building,knocked on his door and informed him , i then told him that i was with drawing my child from the school untill the child has been delt with at this he turned and said thats fine good bye. there was a short space of shock on my behalf as i and the other parent walked away then i turned back to him and started to ask him how would he like it if he was bullied by me and i must admit that i did happen to loose my temper and swear at him. Next thing i know ive got the police on the door step telling me not to threaten him . then on monday i received a letter saying that im not alowed on the school grounds to take my three children into there form or to collect them at the end of the day from there form.And then today my freind the other parent also received a ban yet she didn't swear or threaten him in any way, and the story goes on its been a long run of complaining to people about him and the school bullying proceedure and we have met many other parents who have also complained about the bullying and nothing has been done, some parents have even gone as far as removing there children from the school and placed them else where. the main problem to yet is what are the legal rights as to being baned from the school can he i have been told by some freinds that he has to firstly get a school governors meeting and i have a right to my say at the meeting upon there desicion depends wehter i am baned from the grounds. please help me im lost as what to do next and my eldist son graduates soon and i wont be able to see this happen. you can contact me at [email protected] if you like.
