What is the name of your state?I live in Ohio.
My ex wife has campaigned to keep me away from my children, even though it has never worked. She has gone so far as to accuse my father and myself of sexual molestation. She continues to publish this to the court, the schools etc. She writes letters to the school claiming there acutally was abuse, when in fact the following happened: she took my daughter to the hospital claiming abuse from my father. hospital found nothing. childrens services said never happened. police said never happened.
We got divorced, during divorce, she made second allegations. hospital said never happened. children's services said never happened. police wanted to arrest her for making false allegation. I didn't want the mother of my children going to jail.
Since then she continually tells church members (who have testified in court she has said to them), scool teachers and principals (numderous times i have had to take court papers to school to prove because a teacher was upset with me thinking allegations my ex told them were true), and on and on. most recently, she stated in court "the dr's told me she was molested", when in fact the hospital records show they told her over and over there was no abuse and once even "get on with your life". Would this be slander for the things she is continuing to say, and libel for the letters she has written, stuff she has posted on websites etc. The worse thing is, she is still telling my children it is true. I am working on getting custody, and getting closer everyday, but am sick to death of these allegations when they are horrendously false. So is my father who never did anything wrong.
