Is there any exception to this rule for the disabled with the placard displayed? I'm retired and disabled, so I rarely use my car more than once per week and park in the same spot on the street.

The neighbors have more cars than parking spaces, and are getting upset that I park in the same spot in front of my own house.

Not sure what you are asking regarding the exception. Exception from what?

Is the parking space just a general space or is it designated for handicap use?

This thread was created for Dave from a post he added to an old thread. Dave, however, has started his own thread now so this one can probably be deleted.
