my homeowner association has ruled that i am only allowed two parking spaces in my condo
we have 3 licenced drivers and 3 cars
they told me i must park one car about 2 blocks down which is outta my site, i asked them what happens if my car gets broken into.

they said thats up to your insurance company and that i will be reliable for the detuctable, is this legal?

Yes, If there are limitations on everyione as to how many cars they may have on the property. They can't tell you where off of the property you may park...public streets are public, but if it gets broken into, then your insurance would be responsible.
