What is the name of your state? CA

I recently came across a website called parkingticket.com. This site offers a service to be able to reduce/dismiss any and all parking violations that you may have. After researching a bit, it seems that this service is doing what you can do yourself in attempting to have your own tickets reduced or dismissed. I've tried to find what this process is for San Francisco, CA, but have not been successful. (Not too surprising :)). What is the right direction for me to go with this?

Thanks!

Try this link to contest your parking cite:

Remember that parking cites are not generally reviewed in court tso the process is a civil matter handled by a bureaucrat and no ta lawyer or a judge.
