My husband is on parole. He is a drug addict who has disappeared. I don't want to contact his agent, but I don't know what to do. I have filed for divorce and I am wondering if I have to notify his parole agent about the pending divorce?

YOU have no duties whatsoever to any parole agent. You were not convicted of any crime. If the police show up to do a compliance search & you don't want them in the house, tell them that hubby moved out X months ago & you haven't seen him since. Then deny them entry no matter how much they try to convince you otherwise. Make them show you the warrant. If it specifies "John's residence," simply say, "This is not John's residence anymore, so the warrant does not apply."
