offenses against a child. he received a
10 year sentence. he is coming up for
his first parole hearing, what can we
expect? he has served 2 years thus far.
he is in a regular prison, not the
treatment unit. upon parole,he wishes
to return to the treatment facility
where he voluntarily served 9 months
before being incarcerated.

is it possible for him to move to
another state (for example PA) once
