Here is my problem, my friend had a parole hearing last Wednesday, and then 2 days later on Friday he went to court on a disciplinary that dropped his class down to a 3, he was class 1. I was told he was approved for parole by the board, but now they are sayinig that the parole board will review their decision and might revoke his parole. Is this correct? He is in Arkansas. I have been told that he only has to bring his class back up and then would be released by "common people" but I am no lawyer and have no way of knowing what is going on. Can anyone help? my email is [email protected] if someone wants to email me.
