My friend is currently incarcerated in Missouri. He was on parole in Texas and it was transferred to Missouri when he got a new charge in Missouri and sentenced to 6 years. He received a letter from texas parole giving him 2 options. He chose to waive his reovacation hearing with the understanding his parole would be revoked in Texas. It also said he could request parole in absentia but he hasnt recieved a answer from Texas. He also requested his texas parole violation be run concurrent with the Missouri charge. Who can I write to or call to see what can be done? He is going to be released from Missouri in December and Texas will put him in TDC or back on parole, is that right?
please help
