What is the name of your state?ca. Does anyone know how this hearing works? Do you still get to go to the Board? or is this hearing just like a pre-trial? thanks for any info.

What hearing? The parole revocation hearing? That hearing is the opportunity to go before the board. There is no pretrial for parole revocation. There is a screening where the parole board makes an offer of time which the parolee can accept or reject. If he rejects the offer, he gets a hearing.
